Request an Expanded Facial Comparison
If you are in doubt as to whether an ID document has been presented by the rightful holder, you can request a facial comparison by sending the images in question to nidc@nidc.dk or contact us on +45 61983900. You will then be contacted by one of the centre’s employees to clarify the purpose of the examination.Image quality can be a decisive factor in the comparisons and it is therefore recommended that images are sent in the original file format and as high resolution as possible, e.g. as an attachment in TIFF (.tif), PNG (.png) or JPEG (.jpg) format. If you only have a PDF or other file available, you can submit this.
To avoid degrading the quality of the images, we recommend avoiding pasting the images into a word document or scanning the images. Instead, take a photo with a camera or cell phone and attach it to the email. You are always welcome to contact one of the centre's employees if you need help with this.
